Eating healthy may sound a bore, but listen to me there is much more. Fruits may sound bad but they are good, so you should eat them like you should. Vegtables are good for you, they give you strengnth and power. They give the energy you need to move around each hour. Grain gives energy too!! It helps you walk and run. To much though may be bad for you so a muffin is really #1. Meat gives you protein which can replace sugar in you. All of these foods can make you feel good just like they're supposed to do.

 

Eating junk food is bad for your body's health. It can distribute fat and sugar to your body which can make your energy crash and become tired. Junk Food tastes good but destroys your body and teeth. Fruits and Vegetables give good energy to your body to help move around.
